For the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and other non-EU European countries, the United States, and Canada, rates start at €24 and shipping is free for orders over €149,99. We process orders within 1 business day: delivery takes 2–3 days in Italy and 3–5 days to other countries. We ship with BRT, UPS, Poste Italiane, and InPost. Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. In Italy and the EU, returns are free with a prepaid label. The item must be unused, with tags and original packaging.
