1. Order Processing

Processing Times: All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day of order confirmation.
Business Days: Shipments are made from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
Partner Couriers: We work with the best express couriers (BRT-Bartolini, UPS, Poste Italiane, InPost IT) to ensure maximum punctuality.

Non-EU Shipments: Duties and Taxes Included (DDP)

No Additional Delivery Charges (Delivered Duty Paid - DDP): For all shipments to non-EU countries (United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the United States), shipping is carried out under DDP terms.

All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and local taxes are fully included in the final shipping cost at checkout. You will not have to pay any additional taxes upon delivery.

3. Payment & Tracking Options

Cash on Delivery: Available exclusively for shipments to Italy with an additional charge of 4,99 €. Payment must be made in cash to the courier.
Order Tracking: You will receive an email with the tracking number (Tracking Number) and the link to monitor your shipment as soon as the package is dispatched.
