Refund policy

Returns within 30 days
We offer a 30-day return policy from the delivery date. You therefore have 30 days from receipt of the package to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused, never worn, and in the same condition in which it was received;
  • Have all original tags and labels still attached;
  • Be returned in the original packaging;
  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once the request has been reviewed and approved, we will send you detailed return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs and Fees:

  • Italy and the European Union (EU): Returns are FREE. You will receive a prepaid shipping label to use for sending the package.
  • United Kingdom, United States, Monaco, Malta, Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Canada and Switzerland: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The customer must independently purchase and arrange the shipping label with the carrier of their choice. Any customs duties or import fees related to the return shall be borne by the customer.

Important: Returned items without prior return authorization and approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

We invite you to check your order upon delivery.
If you have received a defective item, an item damaged during shipping, or an item different from the one ordered, contact us promptly at support@stiledonnacatania.com. We will immediately assess the issue and do our best to provide you with a prompt solution.

Items not eligible for return

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items showing clear signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery;
  • Items returned without the original packaging or without the original tags.

If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, contact us before making your purchase.

Exchanges

If you want a different item or color, the fastest way is to request a return of the product received. Once the return has been approved, you can place a separate new order for the desired item.

Right of withdrawal for customers in the European Union

In accordance with EU regulations, for orders shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide any reason.
In this case as well, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused, with the original tags attached and the packaging intact.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the return at our facility, we will inform you of the outcome of the inspection.
If the return is approved, the amount will be automatically credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Note: The actual time for the funds to be credited to your account may vary depending on the bank or card issuer used. If more than 10 business days have passed since approval and you have not yet received the credit, contact us at support@stiledonnacatania.com.
