At Stile Donna Bags, quality and attention to detail are at the heart of everything we do. We want you to shop with complete peace of mind, knowing that our products are made to last.
For this reason, we offer a 12-Month Limited Warranty on all our bags and accessories, starting from the order delivery date.
What does the warranty cover?
Our 12-month warranty exclusively covers all manufacturing and conformity defects in the product, including:
- Defective or broken zippers, zip fasteners, and sliders;
- Unraveled stitching or structural failures not caused by exceptional wear and tear;
- Defective clasps, hooks, buckles, and metal components;
- Support feet or shoulder straps that have come out of their original position due to a manufacturing defect.
What does the warranty NOT cover?
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use or neglect of the product. In particular, the following are excluded from the warranty:
- Normal wear and tear of the material associated with everyday use (e.g., scratches on leather, natural fading, or creases);
- Damage caused by accidents, falls, tears, cuts from sharp objects, or contact with liquids, chemicals, perfumes, and solvents;
- Ink or food stains, or color transfer from clothing (e.g., denim/jeans);
- Repairs or modifications made to the product by unauthorized third parties.
How to request warranty service
If you notice a problem covered by the warranty within 12 months of purchase, the process is very simple:
- Send an email to contact@stiledonnabags.it with the subject: Warranty Claim - Order #(Order Number).
- Attach a brief description of the defect you found.
- Include clear photos or videos showing the problem and the item's overall condition.
Our customer service team will assess your request within 24–48 business hours. If the defect falls within the warranty terms, we will cover the cost of repairing the product, sending a replacement part, or fully replacing the item with a new one.
